Senior / Principal GUI Software Engineer
Summary:
The job includes design and development of GUI management software for high-speed data communications products. You will work closely with management and customers to define and develop new product features, and provide technical support for the delivered product.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a startup or small company environment
- 3+ years development experience using Adobe Flex framework
- 3+ years development experience using Client/Server methodologies
- 3+ years Java development experience
- Experience with complex, mutli-layer GUI architecture
- Fundamental understanding of SNMP and SNMP MIB structures
Desirable:
- Experience with the Apache Ant build environment
- Understanding of SONET/OC-192, G.709/FEC or 10Gb Ethernet
- 4 Year Degree (CS/EE or equiv.)
Quality Assurance Engineer
Summary:
This is an opportunity to work on leading edge, high speed optical communications equipment. Protocols include OC-192 SONET, 10G Ethernet, and 10G Fiber Channel.
The job includes QA testing, development of test scripts, and some customer interaction.

• Minimum of 5 years of QA test experience

• Experience testing communications equipment

• High-speed communications experience
• 10G Ethernet experience
• SNMP experience
